“When your life gives you lemons, you make lemonade or at least a protein shake. One thing that spoke to me was the control that I was able to have over my diet, when you can’t control outside forces. I am a teacher and a full time mom and life is hectic. I needed to break up with food and focus on me, so knowing what I was going to eat each day was actually a blessing for me. I’m in my 40’s and losing weight seems to be harder, and on this food plan I keep losing weight!
