“I had been trying to lose 20 lbs on my own for quite a while unsuccessfully. I was really getting tired of trying. I realize that 20 lbs doesn’t seem like much, but when you’re 5’2″ it can make a huge difference! I went to PCW for a consultation and decided that this was the route I was going to take. I was very willing to be on a strict diet for a relatively short amount of time, if it could give me the results I desired.

I felt my metabolism had slowed down due to my age and I wanted something to jumpstart the weight loss.

Although I was quite active (I was playing on a roller derby team) I was finding it harder and harder to keep the weight off. Although I remain in my goal weight range, I still eat small portions every three hours, weigh in once a week and track my food on MyFitnessPal when I feel I need to drop a few pounds–all lessons learned through PCW.”

Sherry lost 25 pounds in 7 weeks PCW (Physician’s Choice Wellness). She has been within her healthy weight range since December of 2011. She had a minor set back in the past 3 years, but got herself back on track with tools she learned with PCW education.

Sherry felt the PCW program was the right one for her because there was no guesswork, no food preparation. Being a busy Realtor with Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell, she liked not having to navigate through the MANY business events she attended that revolved around food. She was able to focus on what she was there for; to do business. This was easier to do not having a mouth full of food.
