Lost 61 pounds in under 6 months*
I started the day after Thanksgiving and have lost 61 pounds* in just under 6 months* and I’m almost to my healthy weight! I’m just generally more fit now. I have a lot of stairs and hills at my house. I can now do those faster without getting winded. I’m committed to being more active with my husband this summer (more golfing, bike riding, walks, etc.)
PCW (Physician’s Choice Wellness) was actually very easy. The only thing I had to control was my own willpower to stay on program. And once I was committed to doing this, that was pretty easy, too.”
I didn’t think I was an 'emotional eater'
“I was pretty unhappy with how I looked and how I felt. While doing the PCW (Physician’s Choice Wellness) program, I actually learned what a “head game” food was for me. And I didn’t think I was an “emotional eater.”
“It’s taught me to how to gauge when I’m really hungry versus bored, tired, thirsty, etc. I’ve learned to eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full. I also try to work up a sweat every day. Food is now used as fuel and nothing else. Exercising regularly has given me more energy and a more fit body. I feel so much better about myself.”
